Medals

At scored race, all runners receive a medal when passing the finishingline. In addition, awards from Nike are presented to the top finisher in each age group on each distance. Runners in marathon and halvmarathon will every 5th year they score the race starting on the 10th time, receive a special award that indicates the number of races they’ve completed. Awards is avaliable at the tent marked with "Premier".

Also, prises to a number of casual winners on all distances will be announced after the race.

Startingtime News !

New! The 3 000m run will start at Saturday morning before 12.00. as a Breakfast Run.

Om Sunday the official Marathon Day, is the app. start of;

• The 10 000 m - at 10.05 and 10.09 (2 groups)
• The Marathon - at 10.30 and 10.33 (2 groups)
• The Half-Marathon - from 13.45 - 14.05 (5 groups)

Small changes may be expected before the finally authorisation of the course from the Police and Traffic Authorities.

Information about the endely starting times will available as soon as it is decided.

My Profile and startinggroups News!

• My Profile

New this year is the establishment of "My Profile" for everyone registered in 2006 - 2009.  There you will find the information we have registered on you and your results from 2006-2009.  You must update your profile yourself if for example you change address/e-mail address, or telephone number. In addition you can record your results in the OM from previous years if you wish.

Important! You will receive your username and password for this page from Ultimate Sport Service at the latest 1. December.  You have to use these when you register if you want to be seeded in a start group based on your result in the OM in 2009.

• Seeding in a start group

A) Those who participated in 2006-2009 and register for this year's event using there profile will be seeded in available start groups in relation to their result from 2007- 2009.
B) Participants register for the first  will be placed in the last startinggroup,
C) this also applies to participants who want to start together

The participants will be divided into starting groups according to the new starting order, which will be announced before the opening of the registration of 2010 event.

Changes might come before the finally authorisation from the Police and Traffic Authorities.

Where to collect your startingnumber and do late registration.

Collecting of startingnumber and late registration will be at the Akershus Fortress on Friday, 25/9 - Sunday 26/9. Opening hours will be announced later.

Important! Participants who live in Oslo and the surrounding area will only be able to collect their start number on Friday and Saturday. Participants travelling from further afield will also be able to collect their start number on Sunday, 26th September at Akershus Fortress between 08.00am and 12.00am.

But no later then 1hour before the race distance is starting. There will be a limited service on this day.
